To make a purchase browse our Online Website adding any items you would like into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. For cheque payments, please select this option from the drop-down menu, once we receive payment, we can despatch your order. Cheques are to be payable to Cadogan please.
Please note that your payment will be taken by A Oppenheimer & Co Ltd and this name will appear on your Card Statement. Payments are normally processed via our third-party payment agents either Sage pay or PayPal.
All goods remain the property of the company until paid for in full. Interest chargeable on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per calendar month.
Delivery Schedule & Restrictions: Once your order has been placed you will normally receive your order within 3 working days.

Back Orders: If we are out of stock of any items we will keep the items on back order for 21 days, at which time the order will be cancelled, should you still require items after this time we would ask you to contact us and advise us of this.
Please note overseas customers back orders will be held until the next available order, due to the cost of shipping we are unable to send back orders overseas without charging again for carriage.
Tax Charges: For UK orders VAT is added at the prevailing rate. European customers must provide a valid VAT number to be exempt from UK VAT charges. Post Brexit these rules may change.

Trade Shipping: Orders will be sent via one of our appointed carriers for all UK mainland orders, please see the below shipping table for prices.
Drop Shipping: Customers will be charge for UK deliveries regardless of size and with no carriage paid level. All packages will need to be signed for so please try to give an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods. please see the below shipping table for prices.
Northern Ireland: For Heavier orders over 2 Kgs an additional charge of carriage charge will be made. please see the below shipping table for prices.
Export Orders: Please note that shipping to any location other than UK is considered export and carriage is charged at cost upon quote.

Orders that have been personalised or engraved cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. If you still require to cancel the order beyond this point the whole of the order value will still be charged.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us at any time by email to [email protected] or by telephone (01702 298888) during office hours before the goods have been placed into production.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you a refund is not possible.
Cadogan reserves the intellectual rights over all images on our website. You may use images to promote our products with our permission. Should we discover copy products being sold using our images we reserve the right to take appropriate legal and restrictive action, we also reserve the right to close your account and deny access to purchasing our products.
At A. Oppenheimer & Co Ltd (Cadogan) we support Ethical Trading and especially the movement to promote improved working conditions for workers throughout our supply chain. We actively encourage our suppliers to comply with National Law and international labour standards and general common sense good and fair practice.
We are especially aware of the dangers to migrant workers, part timers, women and home workers and of course we have particular concern to ensure that there should be no exploitation of children in the production of any of our products.

- Employment should be; free and not forced, bonded or involuntary and employees should be free to leave with notice should they wish to. Deposits, ID papers and other materials should not be required to be lodged with employers

- Conditions of work are safe and hygienic, specific attention should be paid to avoiding injury and accident as a result of employment. Workers should be trained properly. Safe drinking water and sanitary conditions for the storage of food should be provided.
- Rights to collective bargaining and freedom of association should be allowed
- An open attitude should be adopted by employers to Trades Unions
- Excessive working hours should not be worked and a fair living wage should be paid in accordance with national legal standards.
- Where possible regular work should be provided, subject to National Legislation.
- Physical, sexual or verbal abuse or any form of harassment is prohibited.
- Sensitive information held on employees will be treated discretely and in confidence and not used in any for coercion or exploitation
We encourage and seek external advice, reports and inspection and would seek to act in a timely manner should we receive any information which would suggest that any of our suppliers is failing to comply with our standards.
We are sensitive to the needs of employers, the need for economic good sense and the need to be given a chance and so we work together with managers to try and improve conditions with a team approach. Should a serious breach of good practice persist, we undertake to terminate such a relationship.
We undertake to try and work with our suppliers to have realistic time frames to produce goods such that they do not feel pressured into breaching standards.
We do not have any involvement as a company with the production, distribution or selling of military arms.
We will not be involved in the violation antitrust or completion laws and seek to provide a fair product at a fair price. We will always compete fairly with our competitors and not breach third party intellectual rights.

Ethical Trading Standards are the responsibility of the whole company in any purchasing decision and are coordinate and reviewed and resourced at Board level.
We seek to source goods produced in an environmentally responsible manner. We seek to minimize the impact on the environment in the production and distribution of our goods by disposing of waste responsibly, minimizing the use of packaging and scarce resources, where possible recycling. We seek to minimize within the confines of safety the use of energy in the production processes.
